My name is Mary Brown and I've been designing and making jewelry for several years. I was trained in both interior design and jewelry methods. I was a working interior designer for several years and still enjoy doing that for my personal enjoyment in my own home. I have my jewelry in galleries in California and Arizona (previously in Hawaii and Oregon as well). I love to make something different each time I design a jewelry piece, although sometimes I can make something similar to a previously sold design. I also design knitwear, each piece being one of a kind. Sometimes, just for fun, I will post photos of my knitting too but these pieces are not for sale and are a part of my personal collection. I have won numerous awards for both my jewelry and knitting. I am inspired by contemporary and ancient design, ethnic art from my travels, and the world around me. I love color and it shows in my work.
